bearing a certificate as flight instructor were both killed in the crash.

Los Angeles, California, May 30, 2007 - On the ground, where the plane crashed,
several persons sustained physical injuries. One suffered from severe injuries and
two others incurred some minor injuries. The aircraft, itself was destroyed through
the impact of the crash. A fire occurred right after the crash.

It was indicated in the pilot and owner's logbook during the accident that their
accumulated flight time totaled to 87.8 hours. These are the combination of the
flights took during the past 12 months. These total hours accumulated include the
12.5 hours in the recently crashed Cirrus airplane. He also dedicated 3.9 hours as
pilot-in-command.

During the last 90 days, 1 month and 24 hours before the flight that ended in a
crash accident, the pilot flew for 13.7 hours.

According to the pilot/owner's logbook, there was indication that he had
participated in three instructional air travels using a Cirrus SR22 8. The first
flight he took in the destroyed airplane was last July 20, 2006. A flight instructor
was with him during the flight.

Since receiving his private pilot's certificate and receiving 11.5 hours of flight
instruction in the Cirrus airplane, the pilot/owner had flown together with six
various flight instructors.

Most of the pilot/owner's flight time was spend in California. He had no previous
record of flying over the Class B exclusion airspace of New York East River.

According to investigations conducted of the plane accident, the aircraft crashed in
the 32nd and 33rd floors of an apartment building in 524 East and 72nd Street. It
hit the north-face of the apartment.

Several major parts of the plane were found inside the 32nd floor apartment where it
crashed. The main engine of the plane was found overturned with separated from its
propeller.

It was found that the propeller and engine had shown signs of thermal damage. When
found, they were covered with fire extinguishing materials, debris and ash.

Most of the plane's wreckage was thrown in the East 72nd Street, which was directly
beneath the crash impact point.

It was determined by the National Transportation Safety Board that the plausible
cause of the plane accident was due to the pilots' insufficient airmanship
undertaking of a 180º turn maneuver within a restricted space for turning.
Furthermore, they also lack in judgment and planning.
